Hello, Yogis!
 

Thrive Studios is responding to the fact that we cannot meet in person by offering ONLINE YOGA CLASSES in April 2020 (and beyond?).  After registering at www.thrviestudiosberea.com for your selected class/es, you will receive an email with a Zoom virtual meeting room link, and the Meeting Code and Password.  On your PC, simply click on the meeting link and enter the information provided in the e-mail for viewing the class. Or download the Zoom app on your phone, and then follow the same instructions from your email.

During ONLINE YOGA CLASSES your sound will be muted, and you may choose to black out your screen if you prefer that nobody sees you during your yoga practice.




CLASS SCHEDULE - APRIL 2020

APRIL UNLIMITED YOGA PASS, $50 (register below)



EASY DOES IT YOGA, $10
10-11:20 am Tuesdays

While you must be able to get up and down from the floor, we will keep it on the easy side for this slow flow practice to get the blood flowing and body moving. Have water, your screen for viewing and hearing class, your yoga mat (or a non-stick surface to practice), water, and a sturdy folded blanket or sturdy but smallish pillow handy.

 


SLEEPY TIME YOGA, $10
9-9:45 pm  Wednesdays

Help your body to induce a deep state of rest and relaxation before you drift off to sleep for the night.  Have a soft surface to work on, like a yoga mat or your couch/bed. Bring lots of pillows for supporting the body in restorative poses while we affirm and develop our state of inner calm.

10:40-11:20 am Tuesdays and Thursdays

Join us for a session of stress relief yoga.  We will use movement, intention, breath work, yoga positions, and meditation practice to get grounded, to get centered,  and to feel calm.
