YOGA FOR EVERYONE
Private and Small Group Class Options
This is a slow flow class with an emphasis on breath and mindful awareness. Suitable for those wishing to learn the basic form and techniques of yoga, as well as how to avoid injury. Foundational yoga class is not intended for long term practice but to be used as an introduction to yoga. This class exhibits an atmosphere of acceptance and mutual support by participants.
CORE POSTURE SLOW FLOW YOGA
This class is intended to strengthen the spine’s core musculature, open up tight places, and get centered by breath work coordinated with slow flow between asanas (postures). Core posture yoga will include deep restoration poses that can be modified according to each students needs.
In this class, massage clients will work one-on-one with Andri to customize a basic practice for self care. This class can be used to create an at-home program that reflects individual needs.

MEET YOUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Andri Kukas is the proprietor of Thrive Studios. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and specializes in Craniosacral Therapy and restoring function to the body. She loves to educate her clients about better self care. She has previously taught environmental education and dance. She has been loving yoga for 25 years, and teaching yoga for 10, with certification through Amanda McMaine, The Essence of Yoga.
